Thank you for choosing Travel Empire where ultimate and best travel experiences are assured. The following terms and conditions form the basis of your contract with Travel Empire. These conditions aim to reveal our respective rights and obligations.
To avoid any misunderstanding, we kindly request you to read, interpret and follow the terms set out along with the Privacy Policy before you proceed with booking any tour packages or cab services or making any transaction with the Travel Empire office or online through the website or mobile booking.
Ownership
The term ‘Travel Empire’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the Travel Empire whose registered office is Travel Empire, 12/15 Elangoadigal Street, Thiruvalluvar Nagar, Arumbakkam, Chennai 600106.’ The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
- Our contract
All your bookings are made with Travel Empire. By booking a tour package or vehicle booking, you abide by our terms and conditions and your booking is accepted by us based on this. The customers are responsible for ensuring the information is correct on receiving the invoice or bill for your payment or booking confirmation.
- Payment
All our packages are in Indian rupees. You are requested to pay Rs.100/- as advance charges to proceed with booking our service. This amount is intended to offer our services and this is not a refundable amount. Upon receiving Rs.100 from the customers, you are allowed to book our service. Travel Empire holds the entire right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, depending on the service.
- Booking your trip
To book a service, follow the procedure as mentioned on our website. Once you book a service, you will receive a confirmation message, along with all other details 3 hours before the trip.
In case, if you do not receive any details, your booking is not confirmed. You can contact Travel Empire’s customer support to get assistance with this.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation of bookings should be notified to us by the party leader as soon as possible. Your cancellation notice will only be effective once we acknowledge it.
